An experiment (of sorts)

I read a lot. Despite my busy schedule, I typically read about a book a week while school is in session, but more like 2-3 books during the summer months and Christmas break. I feel as if it's fairly reasonable for me to read 100 books in the span of 1 year. The goal of this blog is for me to start recording the books that I read as well as some thoughts about them.

I honestly don't care if anybody reads them. This is primarily for me, but others can feel free to chime in or read at their own leisure.

My challenge: 100 books in 1 year.

Rules:
Start Date: March 1, 2011
End Date: February 29, 2012 (I figured I'd get the leap day in there to help)
- I can only count books started on or after the start date AND finished prior to midnight on the end date
- For a book to count, it must be at least 100 pages in length.
- I must read all of the book, including introductions and afterwards. For non-fiction, I can skip the notes, index, bibliography, etc.
- Children's books count, but only if they meet the page requirement.
- Graphic novels do not count

I'm sure I'll think of more. Let's see how this goes!!!
